These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and participation in any classes, events, or programs offered by Skyline Jiujitsu. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

 

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register yourself for classes.

  • Parents or legal guardians must register minors under 18 years old for kids’ classes.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

2. Memberships, Pricing & Payments


Skyline Jiujitsu offers memberships, punch cards, and drop-in classes. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

  • Membership Plans

    • Adult memberships are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contracts.

    • Kids’ memberships are based on a 6-month contract that converts to month-to-month afterward.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • A 30-day cancellation notice is required for all recurring memberships.

    • An early cancellation fee of $75 applies if you end a kids’ 6-month contract before the initial term is completed.

  • Punch Cards & Drop-In Classes

    • 10-class punch card: $200, valid for any class

    • Drop-in rate: $30 per class

    • Punch cards are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase.

  • Pricing is subject to change, but we will provide notice before any updates take effect.

 

3. Class Attendance & Scheduling

  • Class schedules are available on our website or through our staff.

  • Skyline Jiujitsu reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to instructor availability, holidays, or other circumstances.

  • Missed classes are not refundable unless Skyline Jiujitsu cancels the session.

 

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

 

Participation in martial arts involves physical activity and inherent risk. By enrolling or participating in any Skyline Jiujitsu program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with training, including potential injuries.

  • Skyline Jiujitsu, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.

  • You should consult with a physician before starting any fitness or martial arts program.

 

5. Health & Safety Requirements​

  • Students must follow all gym safety rules and instructions from instructors.

  • If you feel unwell, injured, or unable to continue training, you should notify your instructor immediately.

  • Skyline Jiujitsu reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone for health, safety, or disciplinary reasons.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website, including logos, images, videos, class materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Skyline Jiujitsu. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

 

7. Website Usage

 

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content

  • Attempt to access secure areas without authorization

  • Disrupt, damage, or interfere with our website’s functionality
